1. When an employee forgets the answers to their security questions, the employee can log on to the mailbox and choose Settings > Account and Security to reset security questions if a secure phone number has been bound. In addition, the mailbox postmaster can log on to the Alibaba Mail console and choose Account Security > Mobile Number Unbinding > Reset Security Settings to reset security questions for the employee.
   
   
2. When you forget the answers to your security questions, you must access this link https://alimail.console.aliyun.com to log on to the Alibaba Mail console. In the console, you can reset the password and security questions.
