The fees of an Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) of the Chinese Mainland Acceleration (CMA) mitigation plan instance consist of the subscription fee of the instance and the pay-as-you-go fee of the features that you enable for the instance. This topic describes the billable items, expiration, and overdue payments of Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) instances of the CMA mitigation plan.
Billing overview
An Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) instance of the CMA mitigation plan does not deliver protection capabilities. An Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) instance of the CMA mitigation plan must be used together with an Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) instance of the Insurance or Unlimited mitigation plan.
You can use an Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) instance of the CMA mitigation plan to reduce access latency for users in the Chinese mainland. If no attacks occur, an Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) instance of the CMA mitigation plan accelerates service access for users in the Chinese mainland. If no attacks occur, the Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) instance of the CMA mitigation plan can accelerate service access. If your service is under attack, Anti-DDoS Proxy automatically switches traffic to the Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) instance of the Insurance or Unlimited mitigation plan to mitigate the attacks. The CMA mitigation plan is offered in two versions: CMA and CMA 2.0.
CMA: If no attacks occur, an Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) instance of the CMA mitigation plan can use up to 100 Mbit/s of bandwidth to process service traffic.
CMA 2.0: If no attacks occur, an Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) instance of the CMA 2.0 mitigation plan can use up to 2 Gbit/s of bandwidth to process service traffic. If you want to purchase CMA 2.0, contact a pre-sales business development manager.

CMA
Unit price of an instance that uses minimum specifications: USD 1,548 per month The following list describes the minimum specifications:
Clean bandwidth: 10 Mbit/s.
95th percentile burstable clean bandwidth: disabled.
If the minimum specifications do not meet your business requirements, you can upgrade the specifications and enable pay-as-you-go features.
Clean bandwidth: The maximum bandwidth for your workloads when no attack is launched. Price for every 10 Mbit/s of clean bandwidth increment: USD 1,548 per month.
95th percentile burstable clean bandwidth: Both the daily 95th percentile metering method and the monthly 95th percentile metering method are supported. The burstable clean bandwidth feature provides additional clean bandwidth for your instance. If spikes occur in your service traffic and the traffic exceeds the clean bandwidth of the instance during peak hours, the burstable clean bandwidth feature can be used to prevent access to your service from being limited. CMA 2.0
Unit price of an instance that uses minimum specifications: USD 154,776 per month The following list describes the minimum specifications:
Clean bandwidth: 1,000 Mbit/s.
95th percentile burstable clean bandwidth: disabled.
If the minimum specifications do not meet your business requirements, you can upgrade the specifications and enable pay-as-you-go features.
Clean bandwidth: The maximum bandwidth for your workloads when no attack is launched. Price for every 500 Mbit/s of clean bandwidth increment: USD 77,384 per month.
95th percentile burstable clean bandwidth: Both the daily 95th percentile metering method and the monthly 95th percentile metering method are supported. The burstable clean bandwidth feature provides additional clean bandwidth for your instance. If spikes occur in your service traffic and the traffic exceeds the clean bandwidth of the instance during peak hours, the burstable clean bandwidth feature can be used to prevent access to your service from being limited. Instance expiration

Overdue payments
If the balance of your Alibaba Cloud account, including cash, vouchers, and coupons, is insufficient to settle an outstanding payment, your account has an overdue payment.
If your Alibaba Cloud account has an overdue payment, you must top up your account at the earliest opportunity to ensure that the balance of your account is sufficient. Otherwise, your pay-as-you-go service may become unavailable.
Renewal
You can manually renew an instance. You can also enable auto-renewal for the instance. For more information, see Renew an instance.
Refunds
After you purchase an instance, you cannot request a refund for the instance.
