Overview

  • ApsaraVideo for VOD provides the manual review service. This service enables you to detect and block improper videos in advance or bring them offline in a timely manner. In doing so, you can avoid or reduce the adverse effects caused after these videos are published. Before using this service, ensure that you have completed the preparations for media review.

Instructions

Use the console

  • You can perform manual review on videos in the ApsaraVideo for VOD console. You can review a single video, as shown in the following figure.Review a single video

  • You can also review multiple videos at a time

  • The review result can be sent to the callback URL in callback mode. For more information, see CreateAuditComplete.

Use the API

  • You can perform manual review by using the API. For more information, see CreateAudit.

  • The review result can be sent to the callback URL in callback mode. For more information, see CreateAuditComplete.

View the review history

  • After a video is reviewed in the manual review service, the manual review status of the video becomes Review completed. You can click Details for the video on the To Be Reviewed page to view the video review details. Click Human Review Details to view the manual review history of the video.View the review history

  • You can also query the manual review history by using the API or SDK. For more information, see GetAuditHistory.

Scenarios

  • A short video platform or a media and video platform uses automated review to review videos first. For suspected videos, the platform uses the manual review service provided by ApsaraVideo for VOD to review the videos again.
