Reason for change: Due to system maintenance, Alibaba Cloud's International Site will temporarily disable the PayPal adding page starting from June 14, 2017.
Change impact: Users will not be able to add new PayPal payment option during maintenance. Payment for existing PayPal payment option will not be affected.
