Payment Gateway ACI “PAY.ON” Failure Preventing Some Users from Paying via PayPal and Credit Card

Fault Description: During monitoring, we discovered that around 13:00 Beijing time on October 30, 2017, some credit cards and PayPal accounts are not able to pay for Alibaba Cloud products due to a fault occurring on the ACI PAY.ON payment gateway. Newly bound payment methods are not affected. Alibaba Cloud reported this issue to ACI, and will continue to cooperate with ACI on resolving this issue.

Fault Recovery: The PAY.ON fault has been fixed. All credit cards and PayPal transactions in PAY.ON channel are able to pay normally.
