Important Notice: AliCloud-Singapore-region-RDS-Upgrade

Dear Alibaba Cloud users,
The control system of Alibaba Cloud ApsaraDB in Singapore region will be upgraded during the period from 23:00 on July 21 to 06:00 on July 22. The impacts of the upgrade are as follows:
.Instances in Singapore region may not be displayed on the console during the upgrade.
.No console or OPEN API tasks can be performed, and no instances in Singapore region can be purchased, renewed or upgraded, but existing instances will remain running properly during the upgrade.
.Display of billing data may be delayed.
.SQL logs during the upgrade will be retained in duplicate.
Please be advised of and get ready for the upgrade in advance.
