We have two accounts (for two separate businesses). One was started via China UI and the other via international UI. In the China account there is a "Resource Access Management" service to open account access up to multiple users. On the "international" account, this feature is not available. Is there some way to enable multi user administration? Without it, the account its not very useful. Thanks

Sorry for bringing you inconvenience, we don't provide the "Resource Access Management" Service for the international site by now. If you need this feature, we suggest you to use the China account as a workaround.

RAM is in the roadmap of the international site and the schedule is next April.
