The console blocks me from purchasing new ECS

I joined AlibabaCloud to take advantage of the US/Sydney Server 30 USD promo. However, the console now blocks me from purchasing any new ECS. It just pops up a windows telling me to submit a ticket to resolve it.

Yes, its happened to me in HK as well, have already contacted CS , but its the reply..................
"Dear customer, after confirming with the related department, your account has encountered some security problems, so we have banned your purchasing and renewal. Please be sure to back up data timely, thanks. "

I am feeling helpless.............

Nope, I am from Hong Kong, I just registered the account last week and got credit card thing verified yesterday. When I start purchasing ECS, it asked me to submit ticket to solve.....

I used my HK ID card and HK credit card register, and i tried do delete the account for few times, still have problem , sigh

I just tried to add one more credit card, but still happened the same

When I activated instances outside China nainland, it worked. It happend to my account after I completed real name verification and tried to activate an instance in mainland China.
I opened a ticket and the reply asking for few ID documents and  "Credit card or bank statements for the preceding one month".  I don't know if such a request is common in China, but in the western world, providing a bank statesments or CC statesments to a service provider is  a lot to ask, when you arte not asking for credit and your CC has perfect credit score.  
Is that a normal proccess all the foreign clients have to go through?
