Hi Ashika, I have tried this software but it is not compatible with Windows. Therefore, then I tried the Sysinfo Hotmail Backup Tool and it is compatible with my Windows OS. I performed the same steps as you have mentioned and finally, I am able to convert Hotmail Emails to PDF on my Window 11 Laptop.
