How Can I Create ECS Node with create_node method of libcloud ?

Hi ~ I'm novice of Aliyun


Thesedays I have been studying aliyun cloud with libcloud of apache.


So, with libcloud aliyun API, I can create Aliyun Driver and VPC and Vswitch .. and so on


But whenever I use create_node method to create ECS instance, I always get error message like this


'The resource is out of usage.' , 'code : Opearation Denied'


It seems like that I have to pay some fee before creating ECS node.


In this case I want to pay for this in advance and  I wish I could create ECS node with using libcloud,


How Can I do this ??


Please Help me...

This means that the instance has been sold out. Please explain the need to purchase the instance information in the work order system.
