Can't renew Simple Application Server

 I'm having trouble renewing my simple server application instance. I'm able to check the checkboxes for General Terms and End User License, but if I click the Pay button, a blank dialog box appears. Please see the attached image for reference of the error.

I hope you were able to renew your renew my simple server application instance.

At any point, You can submit a ticket from the console. In the top-right corner, choose More > Support > Open a new ticket.
