[products]How to get the info of the Simple Application Server purchased in Console

Hello, Dear Experts


   I have purchased the Simple Application Server ( Windows 2008), and paid.


   But i cannot find any Server's info in the Console like IP, Access Credentials.   Firstly i thought may take some time for that Application Server allocation. But after wait more than 10 Hours, still no way (No Access Point) to get the Application Server Windows 2008 Info which i have paid.

I just created a new instance in my account and it seems to work just fine, and I am getting the IP address for the service too--in under 1 minute. The information is shown right in front of the "Running" status; make sure the instance is in Running state.



You can always reach out to the support team and they can review why the service is not showing a connection endpoint.
