This behavior is normally seen in Pay-as-you-go models, and as the name suggests, there is no limit on how much the bill can be. One suggestion that I can make to you is to use a Subscription model and pay for the resources upfront. The common problems that you might face in this approach are that you would be bound to use a specific plan, and you cannot upgrade the resources during the period of your subscription.


You can gain more control over the resources and their billings by not exposing the services on the public internet.
