Data Transfer Plan

Hi,

I'm new here, and I have an ECS with Data Transfer Plan, EIP, and Internet Shared Bandwidth attached.
All the traffic data usage on my ECS will deduct from Data Transfer Plan, so I will not be charged for the EIP and Internet Shared Bandwidth, is it working like that?

Thank you..

Hi,

Yes, it is exactly like that. Data Transfer Plan can help you optimize the way your services are used for communication on the cloud. But as soon as the Data Transfer Plan exhausts, you will then start to see a separate bill for those extra services consumed by EIP and other products.

See more about Data Transfer Plan here, it is mentioned as:

> Your Data Transfer Plan takes effect immediately upon purchase, and the traffic fees generated by ECS instances, EIPs, SLB instances and Internet Shared Bandwidth are automatically deducted until the Data Transfer Plan is used up or expires.

I hope this answers your question.

May I know why you go for Data Transfer Plan and the Shared Bandwidth? Do you have multiple instance under SLB?
