i create cpanel for email server . but i cant send email. can i get refund from alibabacloud ?

Hi, you can get a refund for your product.


Please contact the Support team and they can do that for you. Please remember there would be a couple of conditions for a refund, like a product to be purchased in the previous few days (sometimes 5, and for some services 15), and must not be using a credit or a like.


Please reach out to the Support team and generate a ticket for your refund.
