OSS add cname custom domain

Hello


I have added a cname record on my dns provider to my bucket domain eg. example.oss-cn-hongkong.aliyuncs.com


the cname is oss.mydomain.com to host example.oss-cn-hongkong.aliyuncs.com


its been 1 week.. but my custom domain name doesn't seem to be working.  is there anything else i need to do?

there is no ping result when i ping the custom domain name.  My dns provider is hover and i have used them for a long time, i have done cnames many times before but cant get it to work with alibaba oss.

i think you put wrong value for the cname record rishi.
Endpoint is not similar with bucket domain name.
The domain name grouped by 3: 1) Access from internet, 2) internal network, and 3) VPC.
You can choose the value by the domain which provided on the right-side of the Endpoint you see.
