[Others]Access point in South Africa

Hi,
I am in Madagascar.  
I work for a company that uses an Alibaba Cloud Computing instance as their server.
The routing to my employer's server is a nightmare from here in Madagascar.
It appears that I can get low latency and good data transfer rates in South Africa from here in Madagascar.
Is there a way that I can connect to their server through an Alibaba access point in South Africa?
