[Others]i want to "Transfer-Out" of Alicloud web hosting

i registered a domain with Alicloud for more than 60 days, i would like to transfer it to another hosting server, but the option to transfer is not active and i really need to transfer it.

@rammany  My antivirus "Trend Micro", says that this page is not accessible, has it categorized as:
VIRUS RISK
  
Blocked URL
Access to the requested website has been denied because it belongs to the Pornography category.

Maybe it has something to do with the problem you indicate.

If a domain name is registered at Alibaba Cloud, Alibaba Cloud’s DNS server is used by default. You can point the domain name to any DNS server

To change the DNS server, follow the steps below:
  1) Log on to the Domains console.
  2) Locate the domain name whose DNS server you want to change, and then click Manage.
  3) Go to the Basic Information page, click DNS Modification on the left-side navigation pane.
  4) Click Change DNS.
  5) Modify, add, or delete the information about the DNS server.

If you are not able to map the domain name to the external server then please raise a ticket. Product team will help you out.

1. Copy your web data.
2. Transfer domain to other provider or Edit DNS server.
3. Upload New data to new hosting server.

Have you already done all the steps indicated in point 10 of the website https://www.alibabacloud.com/domain, in the User Guide & FAQs section?

The domain and web hosting is in Alicloud. i have perfomed the point in 10 but its not active. its saying the domain needs to use 60 days but its more than 60 days. please help. i need to transfer out as soon as possible.

I think you have to open a ticket in "my account", "ticket"; "ticket system", "open ticket", so that you can explain how many days are left until you reach 60. And if you already know why you can not transfer the domain.

Yo pienso que debes abrir un ticket en "mi cuenta" , "ticket"; "ticket system" , "open ticket", para que te expliquen cuantos dias faltan para llegar a 60. Y si ya los tienes saber porque no puedes transferir el dominio.

i dont have support ticket anymore and i dont want to pay either because i'm opting out. Its more than 60 days. i need to move it. Thanks

You should download your all data via ftp service
 - (use Filezilla https://filezilla-project.org)

Dump user mysql data(if you have)
- (use phpmyadmin)

Upload all data to new server.

Edit DNS record to new server.

Done.
