[Others]Is the Intelligent Service Bot available to International User?

Hi,
I saw about the Intelligent Service Bot product available on the Alibaba Cloud website below.

However, I am not able to find it after logged into my Alibaba Cloud International account.
Does anyone know how to access it or whether it has been available yet?

The product page has a "Contact Sales" button. This might mean that you have to apply for the service or maybe they just want to track interest from customers. AWS does this also with a few new services.
