[Others]Can't redirect naked domain on web hosting

I have a domain on Alibaba Cloud and the basic web hosting, and followed the instructions to get the www.domain.com working. When I go to domain.com, I get 'site can't be reached error'. In the environment settings in the hosting, I can't set a redirect as the 'naked' domain doesn't appear in the dropdown, only the www.


So my question: how do I set the A record on my domain to point at the hosting? Alibaba Cloud instructions only show how to set CNAME.

on the Host field, enter @ instead of www.

Fixed it thanks. I added a CNAME record:
Host: '@'
Value: the "testing domain" - XX-XXXXXXXX.aliwebs.com

value is your IP address. ex 47.88.xx.xxx something like that.  I tried this but still does not work.

I suggest you to open a ticket for alibaba cloud support team with your screenshots, they will check.
