Q: How to renew ECS in console before the free trial ends?
A: Please have the below steps: 1. Enter console and choose Elastic compute. 
2. Choose your free trial instance and Click "Renew". 
3. Choose Renew length and enter payment page. 
4. Complete payment

Hi, every time I tried to active free trial, it said "Sorry, you are not eligible for this campaign", and I can confirm that:
1. This is the first time I registered on Ali Cloud International, 2. I have never used Ali Cloud before, 3. I have added my credit card details and it says it's "Valid". Any idea how this can be fixed? |

i just registered my acount, i have not yet add my payments methods... is my free trial still unused? in email said that i have to add verified payments method first to enjoy the free trial |
