[Share]Unable to add new credit card!

Hi I would like to change the credit card used for Aliyun payment. But I'm unable to.
Everytime I fill in all the necessary information and click Submit, I'm thrown back to the Account Information page.
Sometimes I get this error: " Add payment method failed. Loading please wait." I've cleared the cache, tried different browsers and workstations too. I've also tried with my branch office network, my home network and then my mobile phone network.
Could someone please help? Thank you so much.
