Deutsche Telekom Premium Internet Underlay
This premium service from Deutsche Telekom consists of CPE (customer premise equipment), internet access, and backbone. Premium Internet Underlay is a comprehensive solution for networking company sites and connecting them to the cloud. No matter where your sites are located. In contrast to regular internet access, it provides not only conventional service SLAs but also performance SLAs, for instance for packet loss, round trip delay, and jitter. By using artificial intelligence, we can boost network performance considerably. Our machine learning algorithm ensures that data always takes the optimal path through our dedicated hybrid multicloud backbone. Premium Internet Underlay by Deutsche Telekom also frees up significant capacities within your IT team. This fully managed service from Deutsche Telekom with a 24/7 support desk in addition to service and performance SLAs makes operating a stable company network a lot less work. Our service portal offers complete visibility across your network and all its locations. As an additional benefit for international companies, the solution is fully compliant with regulations world-wide, including China.

Introduction
Single-source global infrastructure Premium Internet Underlay is built on dedicated Deutsche Telekom IP infrastructure, our directly interconnected premium partners, and our extended virtual backbone of global cloud-agnostic connectivity partners. It provides over 500 PoPs around the world and uses the infrastructure of more than 25 cloud vendors. Direct internet access (DIA) takes care of the last mile. For hardware, we offer customer premise equipment (CPE) as part of this premium service. A universal CPE that will make it possible to virtualize several network functions on a single device is under development. Our Premium Internet Underlay makes high-performance internet access available anywhere in the world.
