Alibaba Cloud will be making changes to Service Level Agreement ("SLA") for ApsaraDB for Redis, significantly improving our uptime guarantees with the service availability increasing from 99.95% to 99.99%. The change has already taken effect as of August 18, 2024 Singapore time in accordance with the terms of our Service Level Agreement.
