Alibaba Cloud has changed the Service Level Agreement ("SLA") for ApsaraMQ for RocketMQ. This revision adds exclution:
events that result from your use of any expired or end-of-life versions, or from your failure to perform a critical upgrade within three (3) months of our notification.
In accordance with the terms of our Service Level Agreement, the revised SLA will apply immediately to both existing and newly purchased ApsaraMQ for RocketMQ instances. The SLA can be found at ApsaraMQ for RocketMQ Service Level Agreement >
