Dear Alibaba Cloud Customer, thank you for your support of the managed anti-ransomware service for Security Center. To better focus on user needs and provide a simpler, clearer experience, the managed anti-ransomware service will no longer be available for new purchases starting November 30, 2025. Existing customers will not be affected. Service and renewal channels will remain available during the service period. If your service is suspended for failing to renew on time, you will be considered a new user and will be unable to make new purchases or renew.
