To ensure service stability, the IP addresses of the DataWorks Shared Data Service Resource Group in Shenzhen region are going to be changed gradually starting from January 19, 2026. To avoid abnormal calls to the Data Service API caused by IP address changes, it is recommended that you update the IP whitelist in the target data source before January 19, 2026.

You can refer to the latest IP address of the DataWorks Shared Data Service Resource Group in the documentation to update the whitelist management of the target data source.

If you expect to further enhance the resource isolation, network connectivity, disaster recovery capabilities and high availability of online services, it is recommended that you change the Data Service API from the Shared Data Service Resource Group to the Serverless Resource Group as soon as possible. The DataWorks Serverless Resource Group will provide your API with more stable, efficient and secure high-quality services.
