Impact：Rolling restart, approximately 30 minutes; clients may experience brief disconnections with automatic reconnection — service availability is not affected

Submit support ticket or contact your your technical support team to schedule a preferred upgrade time within the window above.

Verify that your client trust store includes the GlobalSign Root R46 root certificate. If it is missing, download and import it before the upgrade.

We recommend completing an SSL handshake test prior to the upgrade.
