Change Description

To provide more comprehensive security protection for your cloud assets, starting from August 21, 2026, Security Center's "Agentic Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)" will add security detection support for the following cloud service instances: E-MapReduce (EMR) clusters, Microservices Engine (MSE) clusters, ApsaraMQ for RabbitMQ instances, ApsaraMQ for RocketMQ 5.0 instances, ApsaraMQ for RocketMQ 4.0 instances, and Simple Application Server instances. Along with the launch of these detection capabilities, the preceding instances will be included in the billable instance scope of CSPM and billed according to the current billing standards.

Impact of the Change

Subscription users:

After the upgrade takes effect, newly connected instances of the preceding types will be counted toward the billable instance quota you have purchased. You can adjust the connection scope in asset access management.

Pay-as-you-go users:

After the upgrade takes effect, the system will automatically calculate fees based on the number of billable instances actually connected each day. No action is required to obtain the new detection capabilities.

Note: Big data and message queue assets typically carry core business data and are prime targets for attackers. We recommend that you keep them connected for full protection. We also recommend that you review the connection status of the relevant instances before the effective date to confirm your protection scope in advance and avoid unexpected charges.
