Thank you for your continued support of Alibaba Cloud. As part of our product strategy adjustments, Smart Access Gateway (SAG) App、Cloud Intelligent Branch、SmartAG Maintenance premium will be officially retired. If you have ongoing business requirements, we recommend migrating to the replacement solutions.
2026-03-17, End of Marketing. New purchases will be discontinued. Existing customers may continue to use the service until their current subscription expires.
2026-09-13, End of Full Support. Subscription renewals and version upgrades for existing customers will no longer be available.
2027-03-12, End of Service. Full service discontinuation. The console, related support services, and the ticketing system will be taken offline on the same date. Our refund service will also end on this date. If you require a refund, please submit a support ticket.
