Usage restrictions will be introduced for all image manifests and associated image layers that are not referenced by any image tag. The system will automatically identify and restrict access to unreferenced image data. Image artifacts will only be accessible through tags.

For both existing and newly added image data that is not referenced by any tag, we recommend using image tags to manage and maintain your images. Please follow standardized tag-based push and pull practices to ensure that images stored in ACR Personal Edition are retained and remain accessible.
