Thank you for your support of Alibaba Cloud. To improve efficiency and user experience, starting from September 20, 2026, operations such as new purchases, configuration changes, and capacity expansions for pay-as-you-go cloud disks and elastic ephemeral disks of Block Storage (EBS) will have their order-related processes simplified, and zero-amount order records will no longer be generated. This change has no impact on the operation, usage, metering, billing, or historical order queries of the relevant products.

Impact of the Change

After this change takes effect, new purchases, configuration changes, and capacity expansions for pay-as-you-go cloud disks and elastic ephemeral disks — initiated through the product purchase page, the reconfiguration page, OpenAPI, SDKs, or other channels — will no longer generate zero-amount order records.

• Related pay-as-you-go orders will no longer be displayed on the "My Orders" page in the Expenses and Cost Management console
• Related pay-as-you-go orders will no longer be returned via BssOpenAPI (GetOrderDetail, QueryOrders, etc.)
