Due to the current global supply chain challenges, the specialized hardware required for the Tair (Redis® OSS-Compatible) persistent memory instances in cloud-native deployment mode is facing supply shortages. To ensure service quality and safeguard your long-term business continuity, we will be adjusting our sales policy by discontinuing new purchases for this instance type. This ensures that all users can operate their businesses in an environment with sufficient resources and stable supply.

If you are currently using this product, please pay attention to the following details and recommendations:

  • End of New Purchases Date: May 30, 2026

Impact Description

  • For New Orders: Starting from the end of new purchases date, we will no longer accept new orders for this instance type and will not provide new feature updates. However, we will continue to offer related patches and technical support.
  • For Existing Instances: Instances purchased before the end of new purchases date can still be used and renewed normally. However, please note that, due to limited underlying hardware resources, large-scale expansions may not be feasible.
