Due to product architecture upgrades and strategy adjustments, the legacy "Global Message Routing" feature of Cloud Message Queue for RocketMQ will be discontinued on October 30, 2026. We recommend migrating or upgrading to the new "Global Replicator" service as a replacement. The new version delivers superior performance in terms of synchronization latency, stability, monitoring and alerting, and operations and maintenance experience.

To ensure a smooth transition, please complete the migration to the new Global Replicator before the 2026.10.30 date. If the migration is not completed in time, the legacy routing tasks will cease to operate after the discontinuation date, which will interrupt cross-region message synchronization and impact your business.

If your production workloads rely on this feature, we strongly advise you to create and verify new Global Replicator tasks and delete the legacy tasks prior to the discontinuation date to prevent any service disruption. For more information, please refer to the documentation for the new solutio.
