Thanks for your support of Alibaba Cloud. The globally trusted root certificate GlobalSign Root R1 issued by the third-party certificate authority GlobalSign is approaching expiration. This is an industry-wide, scheduled root certificate transition and not a change initiated by Alibaba Cloud. Alibaba Cloud Link Visual will therefore upgrade its root certificate and access domains across multiple regions. Please update the root certificate on your devices and switch to the new domains before the applicable regional switch time.

Scope of affected devices: devices that use video activation codes.

If you do not complete these actions in time, your devices will be unable to connect to Alibaba Cloud Link Visual after the certificate expires. The regional switch schedule is as follows:

• Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Germany: September 18, 2026, 00:00:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8)

• Japan, US (Silicon Valley), and US (Virginia): October 31, 2026, 00:00:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8)

• Singapore: Submit a ticket to confirm the switch time.

If your online services rely on this service, submit an Alibaba Cloud ticket to obtain the latest Alibaba Cloud Link Visual SDK and complete the upgrade before the applicable regional switch time to avoid service disruption.
