Thank you for your support of Alibaba Cloud. To improve our backup services, we are upgrading the underlying backup infrastructure. This upgrade will result in a change to the outbound IP address of the servers; therefore, you will need to reconfigure the backup allowlist to ensure the stable operation of your business.

If you have online services that rely on this feature, we recommend configuring a new backup IP whitelist before the upgrade date to avoid service disruption; please refer to the documentation on adding whitelists.
