During the upgrade period, there may be brief failures in pushing or pulling images. In such cases, the client usually automatically retries. You can also manually retry after the operation fails. It is expected that normal operation will be restored after 1-2 retries. For detailed time on instance upgrades in each region, please refer to the official documentation.
