Change and impact

Thank you for your continued support of Qoder. As part of our product upgrades and adjustments, QoderWork will be phased out and permanently discontinued on September 5, 2027. Other products in the Qoder family will not be affected. Your Qoder account, credit balance, and subscription benefits will remain available. We recommend migrating to Qoder Desktop or Qwen Work to continue using related services with enhanced features and performance.

After the shutdown, you will no longer be able to access QoderWork features in the console. Related support services will also be discontinued.

Action required

If your ongoing business operations rely on this functionality, we offer two migration options. Please choose the one that best suits your use case:

• General programming scenarios, including R&D, testing, design, and product management: Migrate to Qoder Desktop. You can sign in directly with your existing Qoder account without registering a new account or purchasing additional benefits. Qoder Desktop supports importing task history, skills, and memories. Organization members, permissions, and configurations associated with Qoder Enterprise and Teams can continue to be used without migration.

• Office productivity scenarios, including document creation, data analysis, information research, and website creation: Migrate to Qwen Work. Qwen Work has a separate account and subscription system, so you will need to register a new account. Its desktop application supports importing chat history, skills, and scheduled tasks. Credits are not transferable between Qoder and Qwen Work. Existing Qoder benefits must be refunded according to the applicable process, and Qwen Work benefits must be purchased separately. Organization data must also be migrated separately. Please contact your sales representative for assistance.
