Starting at 00:00:00 on October 10, 2026 (UTC+8), STAROps will introduce a new billing item for the Digital Employee Always-on Service (Agent_Day). Custom Digital Employees will be charged based on their always-on service days at USD 3 per Digital Employee per calendar day.

The billing rules are as follows:

• Billing rate: USD 3 per Digital Employee per calendar day. Any usage of less than one day will be billed as one full day;
• Billing scope: Always-on Service charges begin once a custom Digital Employee is created and stop after it is deleted;
• Calculation method: Always-on service days are calculated separately for each custom Digital Employee and added together across all Digital Employees;
• AI Credit consumption: AI Credits consumed when Digital Employees perform tasks will continue to be charged according to the existing billing rules;
• Exemption: The Ops Agent officially provided by STAROps is not subject to Digital Employee Always-on Service charges.

When the new billing policy takes effect, existing custom Digital Employees that have not been deleted will also begin to incur Always-on Service charges. If you no longer need a custom Digital Employee, please delete it before billing officially begins.
