Thank you for your continued support of Alibaba Cloud. As part of our product strategy adjustments, AIRec will be officially retired. If you have ongoing business requirements, we recommend migrating to the replacement solutions - OpenSearch AIRec product feature.

2026-01-03, End of Marketing. New purchases will be discontinued. Existing customers may continue to use the service until their current subscription expires.

2026-07-03, End of Full Support. Subscription renewals and version upgrades for existing customers will no longer be available. Existing customers' subscription renewals and version updates will be migrated to the OpenSearch-AIRec service. The new sales/operation guide based on OpenSearch-AIRec will be announced by March 27th.

2027-01-03 , End of Service. Full service discontinuation. The console, related support services, and the ticketing system will migrate to OpenSearch-AIRec service on the same date. If you require a refund, please contact us as early as possible before the deadline to arrange the refund process.Our refund service will also end on this date.
