【Others】Notice of Changes to the Edge Node Service SLA

Edge Node Service

The Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Edge Node Service will be revised on January 20, 2025.

The specific additional content is as follows:

  • The compensation scope does not include service downtime caused by the following reasons:
    • Data loss risk associated with local storage used by local disk instances (such as local disk-related device damage, instance downtime, etc.), instance unavailability due to reliance on local disks;
    • Service suspension or termination due to customer violation of Alibaba Cloud's service terms, and instance suspension or release due to overdue payments;
    • Short-term service interruptions caused by normal maintenance and upgrades of instances by Alibaba Cloud.
