Optimized billing time field display for per-minute billed products

Dear Alibaba Cloud customer,
To help you reconcile your bills more clearly, we plan to optimize the display of billing time fields for per-minute billed products, including Model Studio. This adjustment affects only the display of times; it does not affect the actual billed amount.
What's changing
The "Service Start Time" and "Service End Time" fields in your bill will change from displaying the time of fee calculation to displaying the time when you actually initiated the calls.

What to note
After the adjustment, please note the following two changes:
Usage generated within the same minute may appear as multiple bill records with the same service time because it was billed in batches. If this happens, please combine the usage and amounts of these records when reconciling—the total amount is unaffected.
The "Consumption Time" field itself remains unchanged, but because "Service Start Time" now shows your actual call time, the two may no longer match. Please use "Service Start Time" to determine the period to which usage belongs.
Rollout timeline
This adjustment will be gradually rolled out starting August 21, 2026, and is expected to take full effect in early September.
