1. The updated Alibaba Cloud International Website Terms of Use will govern your access to and use of the Alibaba Cloud International Website and the Alibaba Cloud International Marketplace Platform ("Alibaba Cloud Platform"), which is provided by Alibaba Cloud (Singapore) Private Limited, irrespective of your location.

2. The contracting entity under the Alibaba Cloud International Website Membership Agreement continues to be determined by your billing address. Alibaba Cloud services will not be affected by these changes.
