Change Details

Due to underlying service upgrades and optimizations, the service-related IP addresses of Resource Access Management (RAM), including CloudSSO, will be changed.

Change Impact

These service IP addresses have never been publicly disclosed through official channels, nor has any SLA commitment been made regarding them. If your enterprise accesses RAM services via their public IP addresses, or has bound related service IPs in your enterprise's access whitelist, access will fail after this change takes effect.

Recommended Actions

To ensure your access is not affected, we strongly recommend that you take the following measures immediately:

• Access RAM services directly via domain names. Do not bind to service IP addresses.
• If your enterprise has specific requirements and relies on particular public IP addresses for access, you will need to re-resolve the appropriate public IPs after the change takes effect. Please note that service IPs are subject to change, and Alibaba Cloud cannot guarantee SLA for access via bound public IP addresses. Please assess the impact on your end.
