Dear Alibaba Cloud Customer,

To improve billing clarity and allow you to view the seat fees and Token consumption fees of Data Agent separately, we will adjust the billing structure of Data Agent. After the adjustment, Data Agent fees will be split into two parts and itemized separately on your bill. Specifically, the seat fees (Free / Personal / Team Edition) will remain under Data Agent, shown on your bill as "Data Agent"; the original "Billing Based on Actual Model Token Consumption" item will be moved to a new product, Data Agent Pay-As-You-Go, which will carry the actual Token consumption fees of the large model.

Impact

New customers: When activating Data Agent, you will need to activate Data Agent Pay-As-You-Go at the same time to use all capabilities. The console will guide you through this in a single step, with no additional action required.

Existing customers: We will automatically activate Data Agent Pay-As-You-Go for you before the effective date, and no action is required on your part. After the adjustment, Token consumption fees will be attributed to this item and itemized separately on your bill.

Recommended Actions

This change only affects how fees are presented on your bill. The billing standards, unit prices, and free quotas remain unchanged, and your actual costs will not increase. After the adjustment, you can view the Data Agent seat fees (under "Data Agent") and Token consumption fees (under "Data Agent Pay-As-You-Go") separately in the Billing Details of the Billing Management console.
