Notice of Service Termination for Redis® 4.0 Compatible Version of Tair (Redis® OSS-Compatible)

To continuously provide high-quality services, we regret to inform you that the Redis® 4.0 compatible version of Tair (Redis® OSS-Compatible) will enter the End of Life (EOL) phase, with complete service termination set for September 25, 2026, Singapore Time. If you are currently using this product, please take note of the following arrangements and recommendations to ensure a smooth transition for your business:
- Affected Products/Features: Redis® 4.0 Compatible Version of Tair (Redis® OSS-Compatible)
- Key Timeline (Singapore Time)
- End of New Purchases: Starting from October 25, 2025 (SGT), the new purchase service and product iterations for the affected object will be discontinued.
- End of Renewals: Starting from March 25, 2026 (SGT), renewals and configuration changes for the affected object will no longer be accepted.
- Service Termination: Starting from September 25, 2026 (SGT), all services for the affected object will be fully terminated.
- Impacts
- From the date of End of New Purchases, we will no longer accept new orders for the affected object and will not provide new feature iterations (including functionality updates and patches).
- From the date of End of Renewals, we will no longer accept renewal or configuration change orders for the affected object and will not provide patches. Existing services will continue until the date of Service Termination as per the EOL plan.
- From the date of Service Termination, we will no longer provide documentation, data storage, or technical support related to the affected object.
- Actions Recommended
- To minimize the impact on your business, we recommend upgrading the versions of affected instances as soon as possible before the service termination date. For details on how to perform major version upgrades, please refer to the major version upgrade documentation.
