Cutover Details:

The operator plans to perform a service-interrupting maintenance on the equipment from 08:00 to 15:00 Beijing Time on November 17, 2025.

Impact of the Cutover:

During the ISP's cutover of the long-haul network links, cross-region network access quality in the Saudi Arabia region is expected to degrade. In extreme cases, an outage of up to 7 hours may occur. This will primarily affect access to the product console (including APs) in the Saudi Arabia region, as well as the functionality of services such a Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) and Data Transmission Service (DTS).
