If you are currently using this product, please pay close attention to the following specific arrangements and recommendations for ensuring a smooth transition for your business:

Key Timeline (Singapore Time)

• End of New Purchases: This version has been discontinued for new purchases since January 1, 2023 (SGT).
• End of Renewals: Starting from June 30, 2026 (SGT), renewals and configuration changes for the affected version will no longer be accepted.
• Service Termination: Starting from December 31, 2026 (SGT), all services for the affected version will be fully terminated.

Impacts

• From the date of End of New Purchases, we will no longer accept new orders for the affected object and will not provide new feature iterations (including functionality updates and patches).
• From the date of End of Renewals, we will no longer accept renewal or configuration change orders for the affected version.
• From the date of Service Termination, we will stop providing documentation, data storage, and technical support services related to this version. Instances that have not completed the version upgrade before the Service Termination date will undergo a force upgrade (to MongoDB 4.0) during the operational maintenance window. Please note that if you fail to complete the required actions before the Service Termination date, resulting in an automatic major version upgrade, you will be solely responsible for any compatibility issues and consequences arising therefrom.

• To avoid potential compatibility risks associated with the automatic force upgrade, please complete the major version upgrade before the Service Termination date, and we recommend upgrading to at least MongoDB 4.2 or higher.
