Upgrade window: Beijing time 21:00-21:30 on December 26, 2018 (PST 05:00-05:30 on December 26, 2018)
Upgrade content: In order to further improve the quality of our service, the default software installation source service for ECS product in US East 1 (Virginia) and Hong Kong regions will be upgraded.
Upgrade impact: During the upgrade, the default software upgrade/installation service for ECS instances in the above regions will be unavailable. Each site will be unavailable for less than 10 minutes.
