Starting December 2024, the following changes are made to the burstable QPS feature of Anti-DDoS Proxy instances that use IPv4 addresses:

1. If you enable the burstable QPS feature for a newly purchased instance that uses an IPv4 address, the burstable QPS is automatically increased to three times the purchased clean QPS.
2. If the burstable QPS feature has been enabled for an existing instance, the current burstable QPS is retained. If you upgrade or downgrade the existing instance or re-enable the burstable QPS feature of the existing instance, the burstable QPS is automatically changed to three times the purchased clean QPS.
